Big Time Texas Hunts and Grand Slam Hunts

Background
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is requesting proposals to provide high-quality guided big game and bird hunting packages to be awarded as prizes in the Big Time Texas Hunts drawing. The hunts are conducted through the sale of entries in drawings to generate revenue used to fund efforts for public hunting opportunities, wildlife research, and conservation activities per the Texas Parks and Wildlife Code § 11.0271.

Work Details
Contractors are required to provide high-quality guided big game and bird hunting packages in Texas, including guide service, meals, lodging, and on-site transportation. The contract includes specific requirements for different types of hunts such as Pronghorn Hunt for Texas Grand Slam, Mule Deer Hunt for Texas Grand Slam, Texas Hog Hunt for Texas Wild Hog Adventure, Dove Hunt for Big Time Texas Bird Hunt, and Nilgai Antelope Hunt.
Each hunt has detailed specifications including accommodations, hunt dates, reasonable opportunity of harvesting, bag limits, and taxidermy services.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term shall commence on Date of Award and continue through August 31, 2025. The contract may be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods with mutual consent. TPWD reserves the right to extend the contract if necessary to permit continued supply of the identified products and/or services for a maximum of twelve months.

Place of Performance
All hunts are required to be conducted in the state of Texas.
