Bertram District Yard Expansion

Scope of Work:
The contract work involves furnishing and installing all materials necessary for site development and utility infrastructure improvements at 365 W. State Hwy 29 E, Bertram, Texas 78605. The project includes:

• Expansion of the yard by approximately 52,818 square feet
• Electrical improvements
• Installation of a stabilized base
• Construction of fencing
• Development of detention and water quality facilities
• Construction of a paved driveway with secured entrance gates

The project must be completed within 6 months following contract execution.
