Work Requested:
Pedernales Electric Cooperative is seeking a professional, qualified, and experienced vendor to provide a comprehensive benefits management software solution. The selected vendor will deliver a platform that:

• Streamlines, automates, and centralizes employee benefits administration
• Manages all aspects of benefits from open enrollment through compliance tracking
• Houses employee elections securely
• Transmits employee elections to various service providers efficiently

This solicitation is issued by Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC).

Background:
The contract is anticipated to have an initial base term of one (1) year, with the possibility of two (2) additional one (1) year renewal periods. Renewal options may be exercised solely at PEC's discretion.
