Band & Orchestra Instruments, Equipment & Related Supplies

La Joya Independent School District is seeking proposals from interested and qualified vendors for the supply of band and orchestra instruments, equipment, and related supplies. The work of this contract includes providing these items in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the solicitation documents. The contract term will extend through August 31, 2026, with the possibility of a one-year extension upon Superintendent's approval. The District will select the proposal(s) that offer the best value based on the awarding criteria specified in the solicitation.
