Background
Austin Energy, a department of the City of Austin, is seeking to procure secure and environmentally optimized storage facilities for its operational needs. The goal of this contract is to ensure that Austin Energy has access to adequate storage solutions for its equipment and materials over an extended period.

Work Details
The contractor will provide secure storage units that are environmentally optimized. The initial term of the contract is 36 months, with the possibility of extending it for up to two additional 12-month periods. The storage facilities must be readily available and meet the security and environmental standards set by Austin Energy.

The contract will commence upon execution and will last for an initial term of 36 months, with options for two additional extensions of 12 months each, contingent upon the needs of Austin Energy.
