Background
Austin Energy, a municipal utility of the City of Austin, is seeking to conduct a comprehensive assessment of its facilities and logistics. The goal of this contract is to evaluate the current state of facilities and identify opportunities for optimization in operations and logistics management.

Work Details
The contractor will provide services that include:

1) Conducting a thorough assessment of existing facilities;
2) Performing benchmarking and comparative analysis against similar utilities;
3) Analyzing supply chain network optimization;
4) Evaluating current operational deficiencies and providing recommendations for improvements;
5) Assessing real estate locations to analyze opportunity costs;
6) Engaging with stakeholders through interviews and workshops;
7) Delivering a final report with findings and strategic recommendations.

The contractor must demonstrate experience in supply chain network optimization, real estate master planning, and consulting with large utilities.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and continue until all obligations are fulfilled, with potential extensions at the City's discretion.
