Athletic Equipment & Supplies

The Killeen Independent School District is accepting proposals for the purchase of athletic equipment and supplies. This solicitation does not include specific line items. Instead, it is a "percent discount" proposal applicable to any items the District deems to fall under the category of athletic equipment and supplies. These items may include, but are not limited to: Athletic Equipment & Supplies Physical Education Equipment & Supplies Gymnasium Supplies Heavy Duty Exercise Equipment Athletic & PE Equipment Repair Athletic & PE Replacement Parts Service of Athletic & PE Equipment Any training related to the use of Athletic & PE Equipment/Supplies The District intends to award multiple vendors to fulfill this contract. Orders will be processed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period. This contract will be effective on or around October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 and may be renewed for four (4) additional years in one (1) year increments, providing that both parties are in agreement. The District, through its duly authorized constituted officials, reserves the right to accept any offer in its entirety or in part, any offer deemed most advantageous to the Killeen Independent School District and to waive any formalities in bidding. Contact between vendors and District personnel during the proposal process or evaluation process is prohibited. Any attempt by vendors during the proposal process to contact District personnel may result in disqualification. All communication shall go through the Purchasing Office during this process. All questions received and the corresponding answers will be distributed to all bidders via the electronic bid system. No verbal responses will be provided. The deadline for questions about this proposal is stated in the Event Details and the District will not respond to questions after this time and date.
