Background
Texas Southern University (TSU) Athletics Department is seeking air charter services for the transportation of the TSU Football Team to three scheduled away games in El Paso, Texas; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and Huntsville, Alabama. The goal of this contract is to ensure safe and efficient travel for the team, including players, coaches, and support staff.
Work Details
The contractor will provide roundtrip air charter transportation services for approximately 130 passengers, including student-athletes, coaches, athletics staff, trainers, and equipment personnel. The aircraft must accommodate passengers and their luggage as well as football equipment and medical supplies.
Key specifications include:
- Aircraft must be a narrow-body jet (e.g., Boeing 737 or Airbus A320) with sufficient cargo capacity.
