As-Needed Grounds Maintenance Services, Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center

Background
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for as-needed grounds maintenance services at the Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center (CCSSLC).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing various grounds maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- Mowing
- Trimming
- Edging
- Weeding
- Mulching
- Fertilizing
- Pest control
- Seasonal clean-up.

Period of Performance
