Background
Hidalgo County is seeking qualified respondents to provide services for the 'Hidalgo County Remote Operation Centers - Mission'. The goal of this contract is to establish remote operation centers that will enhance emergency management capabilities within the county. The Hidalgo County Purchasing Department has issued this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) to solicit bids from interested contractors.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the design, construction, and implementation of remote operation centers. Specific tasks include:

- Developing detailed plans and specifications for the centers.
