Armed Security Guards

Background
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is a public transportation agency providing various transportation services to 13 cities in the Dallas, Texas, Metroplex.
The agency is seeking sealed offers from qualified firms or individuals to provide Armed Security Guard services as outlined in Exhibit H of the solicitation.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing Armed Security Guards, specifically:
- Level III Security Guards for a total of 897,600 hours over a base period of 3 years.
- Field Supervisors (2 overnight) for a total of 52,416 hours over the same period.
- Field/HQ Supervisors (2) for a total of 18,720 hours.
- Provision of 9 cars for a total of 36 months during the base period.
For Option Year 1 and Option Year 2, similar quantities and roles will be required with adjusted hours and months as specified in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of performance lasting three years, with options for two additional years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in the Dallas area as specified by DART.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must comply with specific certifications including but not limited to: Drug-Free Workplace Program Certification, Non-Discrimination Assurance, and certifications regarding boycotting Israel and energy companies.
Offerors must also submit a completed Schedule of Subcontractor(s)/Subconsultant(s) form and demonstrate qualifications relevant to the performance of work required under this solicitation.
