Work Details
Lone Star College is seeking a hosted, online, web-based scheduling solution that allows students to schedule appointments for tutoring and testing services across all campuses. Key requirements include:
1. Online scheduling for both college and non-college students for tutoring and exams.
2. Maintenance of hosting facilities in good condition with proper upgrades.
3. Notification system for network outages affecting users.
4. System availability 24/7 with daily backups stored securely.
