Background

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a complete turn-key solution that includes:
1) Discovery and requirements analysis;
2) System architecture and design;
3) API development and testing;
4) Production deployment;
5) Comprehensive documentation;
6) City staff training;
7) A post-implementation warranty and support period.

The initial scope includes integrating the following platforms: ProjectMates (Capital Project Management), Org Central (Website CMS), Cornerstone LMS (Learning Management), Empower 457 (Retirement Plan Management), NEOGOV (Human Resources Management), Telestaff (Public Safety Scheduling), Origami Risk (Risk Management), and PlanSource (Benefits Administration). The integration aims to automate data exchange, eliminate manual entry errors, improve financial controls, and provide project managers with real-time visibility of financial data.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed over a specified period that includes phases for discovery, development, deployment, training, and warranty support. Specific timelines will be established during the proposal evaluation process.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must have at least five years of experience in developing custom software integrations and APIs. They should demonstrate successful implementation of at least three similar projects for U.S. municipal or state government clients within the last five years. Proposals must include resumes for a dedicated project manager and a technical lead with relevant experience.
