Annual Roof Power Washing

Background
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is requesting a bid to furnish all labor, materials, tools, insurance, and supervision to power wash the roofs one (1) time per year on three (3) agency owned buildings in Austin, TX.

Work Details
Contractor will pressure wash roofs on all three listed buildings to remove dirt, algae, and other debris from the surface to ensure roofs remain energy efficient and safe for foot traffic. Work will be performed based on the following guidelines: Main Building (24,250 square feet, including Penthouse), Trinity Building (20,250 square feet, including penthouse), Warehouse Building (MLK) (32,000 square feet). Contractor must be authorized to perform maintenance on DerbiBrite Roofing Systems warranted by Derbigum and provide an authorization letter with bid. Contractor will be responsible for any damage to the roof membrane during the cleaning process and will make necessary repairs at no cost to TWC. Pressure washer powered surface cleaning machine to be used for this service.
Pressure to be regulated on this machine so no damage is caused to the roof membrane.
No hazardous cleaning solutions to be used during the cleaning.
Contractor to adhere to all safety policies and procedures and use OSHA approved safety equipment as required.

Period of Performance
Initial contract will have an award date of 09/01/2024 through 8/31/2025.
Contract renewal: 3 one-year (1-year) renewal options through 8/31/2028.
