Annual Contract for San Antonio Public Library Digital Experience Redesign

Background
The City of San Antonio Public Library (SAPL) is seeking to contract with a qualified vendor to provide a library-specific Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution for the San Antonio Public Library's Digital Library.
