Annual Contract For Managed Security Services Provider (Re-Bid

Work Requested:
The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) solutions, which must also include managed Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) services. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive managed security services as detailed in the solicitation.

Vendors must submit proposals that include:

• Complete details of the services offered
• A Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Sample escalation procedures

Each section of the Request for Proposal (RFP) must be addressed in detail, with responses to every item listed.

Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued by the San Antonio Water System (SAWS).

Background:
This contract is intended to secure a one (1) year agreement for managed security services, with the option for five (5) additional annual renewals/extensions.

Contract Requirements:
Vendors must:

• Provide managed security services, including managed SIEM
• Submit a detailed proposal addressing all RFP sections
• Include a service level agreement and sample escalation procedures with the proposal

Instructions on Submission:
Bids may be submitted electronically or as sealed bids. All bids must be received in the Purchasing Office by the specified date and time. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

For sealed bids (mailed or delivered):

• Enclose in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Purchasing
• Clearly mark the envelope with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name

Electronic bids will not be accepted after the specified deadline. Late sealed bids will be returned unopened and will not be considered.

The period of acceptance for this bid is 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. If the bid is accepted, the vendor agrees to furnish all items at the prices and terms specified in the solicitation.
