Work Requested:
The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking bids for the supply of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). The contract covers the purchase of DEF both in bulk and in 2.5 gallon containers, which will be used for various equipment in the SAWS fleet.

Background:
SAWS requires a reliable supply of diesel exhaust fluid to support the operation and maintenance of its fleet equipment. This annual contract ensures that DEF is available as needed throughout the contract period.

Contract Requirements:

• Bidders must supply DEF in both bulk quantities and 2.5 gallon containers.
• All goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services must be furnished as specified in the solicitation documents.
• The acceptance period for bids is 90 calendar days following the bid opening date.

Instructions on Submission:

• Bids must be received electronically or as a sealed bid by the date and time specified in the solicitation.
• Sealed bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director of Purchasing, and clearly marked with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name.
• Sealed bids should be mailed or hand delivered to:

• Electronic bids cannot be accepted after the specified deadline.
