Work Details
The selected vendor will provide the following services:
- 24/7 fire and burglary alarm monitoring for all YES Prep locations using both analog POTS lines and mobile/cellular dialers.
- Event-based video monitoring integrated with the district’s Genetec Security Center platform, utilizing existing Axis and Hanwha cameras.
- Immediate notification to designated YES Prep contacts and first responders according to established protocols.
- Monthly testing and reporting of all monitored lines and alarm communication devices.
- Redundant monitoring centers to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Conduct assessments of existing alarm systems at each site, program monitoring receivers, dialers, or IP communicators as required.
- Provide detailed logs of all alarm events and monthly performance reports including response times and system test results.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is one year, with the possibility of extending for up to three additional one-year terms, making a maximum duration of four years.
