Background
The Texas A&M Health Science Center (TAMHSC) is seeking bids for the procurement of various Alaris Infusion Pumps, both new and refurbished. This solicitation aims to enhance the agency's medical equipment inventory to support its mission of providing quality healthcare services. The original invitation to bid (ITB-0605) was canceled and this is a repost with revised specifications.

Work Details
The contract includes the supply of the following items:

1. NEW Alaris 8015 PCU - 30 units, Patient Ready, including official Alaris demo drug library with up-to-date software.
2. NEW Alaris 8100 Pump Module - 40 units, Patient Ready with most up-to-date software included.
3. NEW Alaris 8120 PCA Module - 5 units, Patient Ready with most up-to-date software included.
4. NEW Alaris 8110 Syringe Module - 5 units, Patient Ready with most up-to-date software included.
5. Alaris Training & Support Materials - Online Training Videos or laminated cards for operation of the modules - 1 unit.
6. Quick Reference Cards for the Alaris System - 40 units.
7. Directions-For-Use Guide to be provided via email - 1 unit.
8. Shipping & Handling via ground shipping - 1 unit.
9. REFURBISHED Alaris 8015 PCU - 30 units, Patient Ready, including official demo drug library with up-to-date software.
10. REFURBISHED Alaris 8100 Pump Module - 40 units, Patient Ready with most up-to-date software included.
11. REFURBISHED Alaris 8120 PCA Module - 5 units, Patient Ready with most up-to-date software included.
12. REFURBISHED Alaris 8110 Syringe Module - 5 units, Patient Ready with most up-to-date software included.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue until all items are delivered and accepted by TAMHSC.
