Airfield & Landside Civil Design and Design Management

Background
The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board of Directors is issuing a Professional Services contract valued at $45,000,000.00 for Airfield & Landside Civil Design and Design Management.
The contract aims to enhance the airport's operational capabilities and infrastructure. The Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal for this contract is set at 20%, reflecting the airport's commitment to supporting small businesses in its contracting processes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive civil design and design management services related to airfield and landside operations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Architectural and engineering services
- Program management
- Construction management services
- Necessary modifications or change orders throughout the contract term.
The contractor must ensure compliance with SBE participation requirements as outlined in the SBE Program Policy.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of three years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, which spans multiple counties including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant, and Wise.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the SBE Program Policy which includes submitting a completed SBE Commitment Form and demonstrating good faith efforts to meet the 20% SBE participation goal.
Bidders must also ensure that all proposed SBEs are certified by an approved entity at the time of bid submission. Additionally, bidders are required to maintain records of subcontractor awards and provide access to their books for compliance audits.
