Background
Texas Southern University is seeking to enhance its educational offerings through the implementation of an AI-Powered Clinical Learning and Remediation Platform. The goal of this contract is to provide a sophisticated tool that supports student learning, remediation, and clinical skill development across health sciences programs. This initiative aligns with the university's mission to improve educational outcomes and prepare students for careers in healthcare.

Work Details
The vendor will deliver an artificial intelligence-driven platform that includes:
- An AI tutor capable of providing personalized instruction and adaptive remediation pathways.
- Real-time feedback based on student performance.
- Generation of board-style practice questions and clinical case scenarios aligned with pharmacy and health professions curricula.
- Support for developing clinical reasoning skills through simulated patient interactions or case-based learning modules.
- Onboarding, configuration, faculty training, and ongoing system support are also required.

The contract will span three years, with itemized pricing requested for each year.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable state laws and regulations related to purchasing. They must provide a Texas Vendor ID or FEI number and certify that they are not ineligible to receive specified payments under Texas Family Code Section 231.006. Additionally, bidders should submit references from at least three similar projects if requested pre-award.
