Aggregate for Atlanta District

Background
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of Type B, Grade 4 aggregate for the Atlanta District.
The purpose of this contract is to establish a reliable source of aggregate materials necessary for the construction and maintenance of highways, streets, and bridges in accordance with TxDOT's specifications.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following quantities of Type B, Grade 4 aggregate, conforming to Item 302 of TxDOT Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets, and Bridges:
1. 460.00 cubic yards (CUY) to be delivered to Carthage Maintenance Section Warehouse, 861 S Shelby St, Carthage TX 75633.
2. 200.00 CUY to be delivered to Daingerfield Maintenance Warehouse, 552 US Highway 259 N, Daingerfield TX 75638.
3. 1,000.00 CUY to be delivered to Linden Maintenance Section Warehouse, 689 Texas Highway 8, Linden TX 75563.
4. 600.00 CUY to be delivered to New Boston Maintenance Warehouse, 406 S. McCoy Blvd, New Boston TX 75570.
5. 500.00 CUY to be delivered to Texas Department of Transportation, 520 Sowell Lane, Texarkana TX 75501-0000.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last until all required deliveries are completed as specified in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will take place at multiple locations within the Atlanta District in Texas including Carthage, Daingerfield, Linden, New Boston, and Texarkana.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must comply with all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in the solicitation.
There are no specific set-aside certifications required for this contract unless subcontractors are used; in that case a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) must be submitted.
