Agency Soft Skills Training Workshops/Classes

Background
The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) is soliciting bids for soft skills training workshops/classes aimed at enhancing the capabilities of agency personnel across various levels. The goal is to provide comprehensive training that addresses essential soft skills necessary for effective communication and management within the agency.

Work Details
The RRC seeks a total of 380 one-day courses covering various topics, scheduled between September 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026. Each course will be conducted online via platforms such as Zoom or MS Teams, starting no earlier than 9 AM and concluding no later than 4 PM. The awarded vendor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services to deliver these workshops. Key areas of emphasis include:

- Dealing with difficult people
- Strategies to build rapport
- Data-driven decision making
- Assertive management
- Effective communication
- Business writing skills
- Leadership development
- Customer service excellence
- Time management
- Project management fundamentals
- Emotional intelligence development

Certificates of completion will be issued to participants upon course completion. Additionally, a PDF of course materials must be provided to each participant.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026.
