After-School Online Registration Software

Background
The Northside Independent School District (NISD) is seeking proposals for the purchase of After-School Online Registration Software. This contract is intended to replace the previous RFP 2023-169, which expires on January 31, 2026. Work Details
The selected vendor will provide After-School Online Registration Software that includes features necessary for managing registrations effectively. The proposal must include the cost of shipping and handling to Northside Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas. Vendors are required to submit their proposals through the Bonfire Portal and ensure compliance with all specified requirements outlined in the RFP.

Period of Performance
The contract will be valid for two years upon approval by the Board of Trustees, with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Northside Independent School District, located in San Antonio, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with various certifications including debarment and suspension assurances, felony conviction notifications, non-collusion statements, and certifications regarding compliance with federal laws and regulations. Additionally, vendors must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) prior to contract execution.
