Administrative and Instructional Supplies

North East Independent School District (NEISD) is requesting proposal responses for Administrative and Instructional Supplies. This solicitation is conducted in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications outlined in this document. NEISD is the entity requesting these proposals. The contract is structured as an Extended Response Period (ERP) bid, allowing awards to be made to multiple vendors incrementally during the solicitation period. Vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals promptly, as received responses will be periodically opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected based on the criteria specified in the solicitation. Awards will be granted throughout the solicitation period upon acceptance of a proposal. It is important to note that this is a Request for Proposal and not an order. NEISD does not guarantee any specific purchase quantities or dollar amounts, as purchases will be made on an as-needed basis. While the District is legally obligated to accept paper bids, bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically through the designated e-bidding platform.
