Activation Management Services for MD Anderson Sugar Land

Background
The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center is seeking proposals from qualified respondents for Activation Management Services for its project number FPDC-222355 at MD Anderson Sugar Land. The goal of this contract is to provide transition, activation, and move planning and management services to ensure a smooth operational start-up for the facility.

Work Details
The selected Activation Manager or Activation Management Services Provider will be responsible for:

1. Transition planning and management services;
2. Activation planning and execution;
3. Move planning and management services;
4. Coordination with various stakeholders involved in the activation process;
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards during the activation phase.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the successful completion of the activation process, with specific timelines detailed in the proposal requirements.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must demonstrate qualifications in project management, relocation services, and facilities management. Additionally, they must complete the HUB Subcontracting Plan (Rider 104) and provide a Letter of VetHUB Commitment as part of their proposal.
