Academic/Educational Consultants

The Fort Worth Independent School District is seeking proposals for Academic/Educational Consultant Services, which will be purchased on an 'as needed' basis throughout the contract period. The work of this contract involves providing academic and educational consulting services to support the District's needs as they arise. This solicitation is being issued by the Fort Worth Independent School District (Fort Worth ISD). Previously, these services were covered under RFP 16-089 (all versions), which expired on June 30, 2021. This current solicitation, RFP 21-083-Q, replaces the previous RFP and will serve as the new contract vehicle for these services. The contract period of performance will begin on the date of award and continue through June 30, 2030. Fort Worth ISD reserves the right to extend the RFP for up to 120 days beyond the initial end date if it is determined to be in the best interest of the District to ensure continued availability of products and/or services. All purchase orders issued under this contract will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this RFP. The District may also choose to issue subsequent proposals and approve additional vendors for the same or similar services during the agreement period, should it be deemed beneficial to the District. Any subsequent proposals will use the same proposal number followed by an alpha character (e.g., Proposal xx-xxx-A). Vendors who have already responded successfully to the original or any subsequent proposal are not required to respond again to future subsequent proposals. Proposals should be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP documentation.
