Background
The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the creation of a web-based Interactive Data Dashboard.
This dashboard will showcase findings from the Brackish Resources Aquifer Characterization System (BRACS) study, which aims to map and characterize brackish portions of Texas aquifers, determine brackish groundwater volumes, and designate production zones.
The project aligns with TWDB's mission to provide useful data for regional water planning and groundwater management.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Define the solution: Propose a web-based Interactive Data Dashboard using ESRI StoryMap or Experience Builder, ensuring it meets TWDB's hosting requirements.
2. Create content: Manipulate provided datasets to generate informative content that communicates BRACS study findings.
3. Develop interactive features: Implement clickable maps, pop-up windows, and multimedia elements to enhance user engagement.
4. Develop customization: Align the dashboard's design with TWDB branding guidelines.
5. Testing and quality assurance: Conduct testing across devices and browsers, providing a beta version for feedback.
6. Documentation: Provide comprehensive documentation on usage and maintenance of the dashboard.
7. Accessibility and security requirements: Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and security protocols.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to conclude by August 31, 2025, with an option for a one-year extension.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Texas, specifically at locations relevant to TWDB operations.
