500 BBL Frac Tanks - El Paso

Background
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is seeking to procure 500 BBL Frac Tanks for the El Paso District. TxDOT uses the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing, Inc., (NIGP) code to standardize purchases and selects vendors from the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL). Vendors are encouraged to apply to be on the CMBL to receive bidding opportunities.
TxDOT also offers an Early Payment Program, providing prioritized invoice processing and payments for enrolled vendors.

(9) 500 BBL Frac Tanks are required for the TxDOT El Paso District. Vendors must register through the Bonfire website and follow step-by-step instructions available at the provided links. The solicitation information can be found on the TxDOT Procurement Portal.
Respondents offering a cash discount in exchange for TxDOT’s priority invoice processing and early payment agreement should complete and return the attached form entitled “Priority Invoice and Early Payment Program” with the response.
