CommUnityCare, a non-profit organization providing healthcare services to underinsured and uninsured residents of Travis County, is seeking bids for 340B HRSA Mock Audit services. The goal is to ensure compliance with HRSA guidelines and improve the performance of their 340B program.

Work Details
The selected vendor will conduct remote annual mock audits for the CommUnityCare 340B Pharmacy program. This includes a comprehensive review of CommUnityCare’s 340B universe, covering all aspects of a HRSA 340B audit.
The vendor must provide a detailed report on audit findings, including recommendations and corrective action plans. The audit will assess current policies, contracts, entries in OPAIS, and check for duplicate discounts. Post-audit support will be provided to ensure compliance goals are met.
Period of Performance
The contract duration is one year with three optional one-year renewals, starting from the issuance date of June 3, 2025.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed remotely or on-site at CommUnityCare locations in Austin, Texas.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have expertise in the 340B program and experience conducting mock audits for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). They should provide references demonstrating successful past partnerships and submit required certifications and licenses.
Bidders must also maintain necessary insurance coverage throughout the contract period.
