Background
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking to arrange the Texas Conference for Employers, a series of employer seminars held annually throughout Texas. The goal is to educate employers on state and federal employment laws and the unemployment claims and appeals process. TWC aims to provide a comprehensive conference experience with expert speakers addressing ongoing concerns for Texas employers.

Work Details
The contractor will provide hotel accommodations, meeting space, and food and beverage services for the following events:

1) A two-day hybrid conference in Houston in July 2027 with a capacity of 600-800 attendees;
2) One-day conferences in San Antonio and Horseshoe Bay in February 2027, each with a capacity of 350-600 attendees;
3) A one-day conference in Arlington in April 2027, also with a capacity of 350-600 attendees.

Specific requirements include:
- Guestrooms available at government per diem rates
- Meeting spaces that are carpeted, unobstructed, and equipped with necessary AV setups
- Catering services for meals and breaks
- Self-parking availability with current rates included in the proposal.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over several months leading up to the conferences scheduled for January, February, April, and July of 2027.

Place of Performance
Conferences will be held in San Antonio, Horseshoe Bay, Arlington, and Houston, Texas.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must demonstrate at least two years of business experience or relevant executive management experience within the last five years. They must also be financially solvent as determined by required documentation. Additionally, respondents need to comply with TWC's insurance requirements as outlined in Attachment 2.
