26-013 (RV) General Maintenance Services, Parts, Repairs, Supplies and Equipment

Background
The San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD) is seeking proposals for General Maintenance Services, Parts, Repairs, Supplies, and Equipment. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary maintenance services across the district on an as-needed basis. The award of this contract is contingent upon the availability of district funding, and there is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work. This solicitation is continuous and open-ended.

Work Details
The contractor will provide general maintenance services which include but are not limited to installation, repairs, and assessments. Services will be determined solely by the needs of the District on an 'as needed' basis for district-wide use. The contract may involve multiple awards to various vendors.

Period of Performance
The contract will be valid from the date of approval by the Board of Trustees through June 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the San Antonio Independent School District.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must provide insurance as specified in items #59 and #60 in the General Terms and Conditions. Current vendors with active engagements or previously scheduled service dates are prohibited from submitting a response to this solicitation.
