Background
The University of Texas at Austin is seeking contractors for the replacement of the existing low slope gravel roof at the Peter T. Flawn Academic Center (FAC) and adjacent auditorium. The goal of this contract is to install a 20-year warranted multi-ply modified bitumen roof system, which includes necessary modifications to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as site access adjustments.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Replacing the existing low slope gravel roof with a fully adhered modified bitumen roof system on the FAC and adjacent auditorium.
- Installing insulation and vapor barriers adhered to concrete.
