Background
The Texas Tech University System (TTUS) is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) Services for the construction of the Critical Infrastructure Security Site PH1 (CISS), located at the Reese National Security Complex (RNSC) in Lubbock, Texas.
