23-030 (AS) (10) Miscellaneous Consultant Services

Background
The San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide Miscellaneous Consultant Services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to furnish interested parties with sufficient information to submit proposals that meet the minimum requirements. It encourages proposers to expand upon the Statement of Work to demonstrate their service capabilities. The contract award is contingent upon the availability of District funding, and there is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work.

Work Details
The services required under this contract will be determined solely by the needs of the District on an 'as needed' basis for District-wide use. The RFP includes a comprehensive list of mandatory forms and certifications that must be submitted, including but not limited to:

- Representation and Certification Form
- EDGAR Compliance Form
- Conflict of Interest Questionnaire
- SWMBE Program Identification Form.

Vendors must also provide references from three non-SAISD entities for similar services provided in the last three years.

Period of Performance
The contract shall be valid from the date of Board of Trustees approval through June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the San Antonio Independent School District.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must have insurance as specified in item #60 of the General Terms & Conditions. Additionally, vendors are required to comply with various federal regulations including those related to debarment and suspension, equal employment opportunity, and procurement standards. Vendors must also complete forms verifying compliance with House Bill 89 (Israel Boycott Prohibition) and House Bill 1295 (Disclosure of Interested Parties).
