2025-1142 ERP Assessment and Implementation Consultant

Background
Texas Tech University System (TTUS) is initiating a project to assess its current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment, specifically the Banner system, through a comprehensive consulting engagement. The goal of this contract is to evaluate and improve the ERP system to better meet the needs of the university.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for conducting a thorough assessment of the existing ERP environment. This includes evaluating the current functionalities, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations for improvements.

The consultant will also assist in the implementation of any proposed changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by June 6, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Texas Tech University or remotely as required by the project.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must submit a complete proposal including: a Proposer Response Form, a HUB Subcontracting Plan, and a Signed Affirmation and Conflict of Interest Disclosure.

Additionally, proposers are required to identify subcontracting opportunities and provide proof of Good Faith Effort if applicable.
