Description

TTU Hospitality Services is seeking a professional partner to conduct a departmental review ( Review ) and produce a final assessment ( Assessment ) upon completion of the Review. The successful Proposer will evaluate the extent to which Hospitality Services is fulfilling the mission of TTU, keeping pace with national trends, addressing future demands, and maintaining existing facilities.
Background
TTU Hospitality Services is seeking a professional partner to conduct a departmental review (“Review”) and produce a final assessment (“Assessment”) upon completion of the Review. The successful Proposer will evaluate the extent to which Hospitality Services is fulfilling the mission of TTU, keeping pace with national trends, addressing future demands, and maintaining existing facilities.

Work Details
A. The successful Proposer(s) will conduct an exhaustive Review of all TTU dining locations and solutions on and off the TTU campus in Lubbock, Texas.
B. The Review shall focus on the student and customer experience and include an analysis of various topics including convenience, cost, meal plans, catering, dining patterns, buying behaviors and preferences, and a review of market trends in higher education dining experiences.
C. The successful Proposer(s) will provide regular, ongoing feedback for the duration of the Review and Assessment process.

Period of Performance
TTU plans to begin the Review during the Fall 2024 Semester.
