Background
The City of Conroe is seeking proposals for generator maintenance and repair services to ensure the operational reliability of generators located within the city. This initiative aims to maintain public safety and service continuity by ensuring that all generators are properly serviced and repaired as needed. The contract will support various city departments with differing generator needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide preventative maintenance and repair services for approximately 83 generators across 77 different site locations. Services may include:

- Up to four annual services per generator, which may consist of:
- One Full Service
- One Inspection and 2-hour Full Load Bank Test
- Two Inspections and Building Load Tests.
- Generators range from 35KW to 3000KW and include Natural Gas, Diesel, and LPG gas types.
- Contractors must provide documentation proving they have the necessary software and licensing to troubleshoot and repair diagnostic codes for each brand of generator serviced.
- All services must be performed Monday through Thursday between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, with scheduling required at least 72 hours in advance.
- Proposals must include certification documentation for technicians, a detailed scope of work for each service type, a suggested maintenance schedule, and pricing details.

Period of Performance
The contract term is set for one year with four optional one-year renewals. The contractor must maintain fixed pricing for the first year, with any price increases subject to the city's discretion during subsequent renewals.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout the City of Conroe, Texas.
