Background
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is a regional tollway authority responsible for the acquisition, construction, maintenance, repair, and operation of toll projects in the North Texas region. The agency aims to provide a safe and reliable toll road system while increasing value and mobility options for customers. This Request for Bid (RFB) seeks qualified companies to provide landscape maintenance services for the Gleneagles Campus located at 5900/5910 Plano Parkway, Plano, TX.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services over a three-year contract term. Services include:

1. Turf and landscape maintenance: Develop and implement a total maintenance program ensuring healthy plant growth according to regional horticultural standards.

2. Routine services: Mowing, edging, fertilization, weed control, pruning shrubs and trees under the supervision of an ISA Certified Arborist.

3. Irrigation system maintenance: Monthly inspections, emergency repairs within three days of discovery, and adherence to local water management guidelines.

4. All materials and supplies necessary for the work will be provided by the contractor, including irrigation parts and annual color changes. The contractor must ensure all work is performed safely and without disruption to NTTA operations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for three years from the date of execution.

Services will be performed at the Gleneagles Campus located at 5900/5910 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX.

Bidder Requirements
