Background
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is a regional tollway authority responsible for the acquisition, construction, maintenance, repair, and operation of turnpike projects in the North Texas region.

This solicitation aims to procure Medium and Heavy Duty OEM replacement parts and services from authorized repair vendors to support NTTA's fleet operations. The contract will enhance NTTA's ability to maintain its vehicles efficiently and effectively, ensuring reliable service for the region's transportation infrastructure.

Work Details
The contract involves annual purchases of Medium and Heavy Duty Truck Repair OEM Parts and Services on an as-needed basis.

Vendors must provide free written estimates for all work, which must be approved by an NTTA Fleet Supervisor before proceeding. All repair work requires a diagnostic estimate that includes a timeframe for completion. Additional work outside the original scope requires a revised estimate. Vendors must ensure that all personnel are certified for the services provided and supply documentation regarding their experience, licenses, and certifications.

The vendor is also responsible for picking up vehicles within a 50-mile radius of NTTA's main office and providing drivers with valid Texas Commercial Driver’s Licenses. The bid must include pricing structures for parts and labor, with discounts off list prices specified in the bid sheet.

Period of Performance
The contract term is three years from the date of execution.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at locations within a 50-mile radius of NTTA's main office at 5900 West Plano Parkway, Plano, TX 75093, including specific NTTA fleet shops in Plano and Frisco.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a minimum of three references related to similar services performed within the last 24 months. They must complete vendor registration on NTTA Marketplace and acknowledge this RFB to participate in the solicitation process. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a 'Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Statement' as part of their response.
