Background
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is a regional tollway authority responsible for the acquisition, construction, maintenance, repair, and operation of turnpike projects in the North Texas region. The NTTA serves member counties including Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant.

This solicitation is for a multi-year contract aimed at providing flooring services across NTTA facilities to enhance operational efficiency and maintain infrastructure integrity.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the installation of new flooring at NTTA facilities. Specific tasks include:

1) Removal and disposal of existing floor coverings;
2) Preparation of areas for new flooring installation;
3) Ensuring work areas are clean and free of debris post-installation;
4) Compliance with professional methods and published trade standards;
5) Majority of work to be conducted on weekends or after 5 p.m. on weekdays;
6) Contractor must have a minimum of three years' experience in flooring installation and utilize technicians with at least two years' experience.

The contractor must also provide references from previous projects completed within the last 24 months.

Period of Performance
The contract term is three years with an option for renewal for one additional year.

Place of Performance
Flooring services will be performed at various NTTA facilities located in North Texas, specifically at:

- Gleneagles Location (5900 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, TX)
- Plano Location (1080 Ohio Drive, Plano, TX)
- Frisco Location (11110 Research Road, Frisco, TX).
