Background
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is a regional tollway authority governed by Chapter 366 of the Texas Transportation Code. NTTA is responsible for the acquisition, construction, maintenance, repair, and operation of turnpike projects in the North Texas region. The agency aims to provide a safe and reliable toll road system while increasing value and mobility options for customers.

This Request for Bid (RFB) seeks experienced and qualified companies to provide HVAC preventative maintenance and repair services for NTTA facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will perform HVAC preventative maintenance (PM) services and inspections for HVAC equipment located at NTTA facilities, specifically at 5900 and 5910 W Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas, and the 360 Toll Tag Store in Grand Prairie, Texas. The scope includes:
- Performing PM service three times a year on 40 units at 5900 W Plano Parkway, 14 units at 5910 W Plano Parkway, and one unit at the Toll Tag Store.
- Tasks include checking refrigerant circuits for leaks, lubricating motors, inspecting electrical systems, cleaning condenser coils, changing filters, checking heating elements, and providing detailed reports after each service visit.
- Additional repairs outside the PM scope will be available on a 24-hour basis with pre-negotiated rates. Locations for potential unexpected repairs include several addresses in Plano and Frisco.

Period of Performance
The contract term is set for three years from the effective date of execution.

The services will be performed at NTTA facilities located at:
- 5900 W Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas
- 5910 W Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas
- 5244 S SHWY 360 Suite #384, Grand Prairie, Texas.
