Background
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is a regional tollway authority and political subdivision of the State of Texas, authorized to manage turnpike projects and systems.

This contract aims to retain a contractor for landscape maintenance services at various NTTA facilities, including the Addison Airport Toll Tunnel, Plano Maintenance Center, and Frisco Operations Center.

Work Details
The contractor will provide general landscaping services as outlined in Exhibit A (Scope of Work).

This includes maintaining the aesthetic quality of the landscapes at the specified locations and ensuring that all vegetation is healthy and well-kept.

The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, materials, facilities, and resources to fulfill these requirements. All work must meet high-quality standards and comply with NTTA's guidelines.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the Effective Date and will remain in effect for a term of 3 years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Addison Airport Toll Tunnel, Plano Maintenance Center, and Frisco Operations Center.
