Vent/Ductwork Cleaning Services

Background
Tennessee Technological University, through its Facilities Department, is seeking bids for Vent and Ductwork Cleaning Services. The goal of this contract is to establish a contractor to provide these services as needed over a period of five years, ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of the university's ventilation systems.

Work Details
The contractor will provide vent and ductwork cleaning services on a per building rate. The specific campus locations where services are required include:

- Crawford Hall
- MS Cooper/Pinkerton
- Jobe/Murphy
- Browning Evins
- Ellington/Warf
- Maddux/McCord
- Cooper/Dunn
- New Hall North
- New Hall South
- Tech Village Laundry
- Tech Village Community Center (HD Apt.)
- APC
- Baseball Fieldhouse
- Hooper Eblen
- East Stadium Football Lock Room.

Bids must be submitted on Attachment A with total costs indicated for each location. Services are to be performed during normal business hours defined as 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence from the date of final signature and will last for five years. Prices submitted by the contractor are to remain firm for one year; thereafter, price increases may be requested if substantiated in writing.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN.
