Background
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) is seeking proposals for a Translation Management Software (TMS) solution to enhance the efficiency, consistency, and quality of translations across various projects and clients. The Metro Public Health Department (MPHD) aims to procure a comprehensive TMS that includes features such as terminology management, translation memory capabilities, and automated quality assurance tools.

Work Details
The selected TMS must provide an integrated terminology management module for creating and maintaining domain-specific glossaries, ensuring consistent terminology usage. It should include robust translation memory capabilities to reuse past translations, thereby reducing redundancy and costs. The software must also feature automated quality assurance tools to identify errors. Additionally, it should support centralized storage of translation files in various formats and integrate with third-party tools. Other requirements include a user-friendly interface, scalable architecture, cloud-based or hybrid deployment options, comprehensive training materials, ongoing technical support, and regular updates.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the effective date of the contract and will last for a period of 60 months.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Metro site location in Nashville, TN.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must provide a Certificate of Insurance within seven days of receiving an intent to award letter. Required insurance includes:
- General Liability Insurance ($1 million)
- Professional Liability Insurance ($1 million)
- Automobile Liability Insurance ($1 million)
- Worker's Compensation Insurance with statutory limits
- Cyber Liability Insurance ($4 million)
- Technological Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance ($1 million). Additionally, all subcontractors must be registered in iSupplier prior to the solicitation deadline.
