Traffic Control & Safety Equipment

Background
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) and Metro Water Services seeks multiple Metro Wide contracts for Contractors to provide various types of 'RENTAL' and/or purchase of Traffic Control Equipment and Supplies. The objective of this solicitation is to enter into an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Metro does not guarantee minimum or maximum purchase amounts for the requested goods and/or services. Purchases shall be made on an as-needed basis by Metro via Purchase Order. No purchase is guaranteed, and no work shall be performed until receipt of Metro-issued Purchase Order.

Work Details
This solicitation will result in multiple Metro Wide contracts for Contractors to provide various types of 'RENTAL' and/or purchase of Traffic Control Equipment and Supplies. The equipment and services shall include, but shall not be limited to: delivery and set up, on an as-needed basis, of barricades, illuminated construction signage, flashers, cones, barricade tape, tripods, and other equipment as requested. Awarded Contractors shall be available 24/7/365 for emergencies to deliver and set up the equipment as per the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways.
