Tent Rental for Fairground

Background
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) is seeking quotes for the rental of tents for a fairground event. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary tenting solutions that comply with fire codes and meet the logistical needs of the event, which takes place around Labor Day Weekend.

Work Details
The contractor will provide tent rentals for a duration of 20 days. Tents are to be erected the Thursday before Labor Day Weekend and removed the Tuesday after the fair concludes. The rental includes necessary accessories such as water barrels, spikes, anchors, or ropes. All tents must comply with applicable fire codes. Additionally, the awarded vendor will be responsible for obtaining all required permits for the use of tents. This contract is set for a term of 5 years.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will last for a period of 5 years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at designated Metro site locations in Nashville, TN.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with insurance requirements including General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000), Automobile Liability Insurance ($1,000,000), and Worker's Compensation Insurance as mandated by Tennessee law. Additionally, bidders must submit a completed Subcontractor/Subconsultant Form and Vendor Checklist with their proposal.
