SWC226 Winter Road Maintenance Equipment

Background
The SWC226 Winter Road Maintenance Equipment contract is issued by the State of Tennessee's General Services - Central Procurement Office. The purpose of this contract is to establish a source or sources of supply for winter road maintenance equipment for all Tennessee State Agencies and Authorized Users. The contract aims to ensure that the state has the necessary equipment to maintain road safety during winter conditions.

Work Details
The contract will cover the provision of winter road maintenance equipment, including but not limited to snowplows and related accessories. Respondents are required to provide brand and model names of the goods included in their bid, as well as documentation certifying that parts and service requirements in the snowplow specifications have been met. Additionally, respondents must include a list of all authorized service centers in their responses.

The contractor shall provide all goods or services and deliverables as required by this contract to all Tennessee State Agencies, which includes various departments, institutions, boards, commissions, and agencies of the executive branch of government.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a two-year term with three optional one-year renewals. The performance period begins on May 21, 2025, and ends on June 4, 2025.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance is primarily within the State of Tennessee, specifically for use by state agencies and authorized users located throughout the state.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the Secretary of State's Office and in good standing prior to award. They are also required to provide documentation reflecting registration with the Department of Revenue for sales and use tax. Bidders must confirm compliance with non-discrimination laws as outlined in Tennessee Code Ann. § 12-12-111.
