Stormwater Pipe Lining

Background
The City of Spring Hill is seeking proposals for an annual contract to provide periodic installation of Spray Applied Pipe Liner and/or Folded Thermoform PVC Pipe Liner within existing stormwater pipes. The goal is to rehabilitate these pipes to maintain or improve their hydraulic capacity. The contract will commence upon the Notice to Proceed and will last for one year, with an option to extend for an additional year.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the installation of approximately 578 linear feet of existing stormwater pipe. This includes all labor, materials, site preparation, cleanup, pipe jetting, and necessary repairs prior to installation. Pre-installation and post-installation inspections using Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) are required. Specific products include:

- Folded PVC Pipe Liner in various sizes (12”, 15”, 18”, 24”, 28” x 42”, 30”, 36”, and 42”) with specified lengths;
- Spray Applied Pipe Liners (greater than 42” diameter);
- SAPL Type 1 Grout for repairs. The contractor must ensure that all installations comply with the manufacturer's standards and specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract period is one year from the Notice to Proceed, with an option to extend for an additional year if agreed upon by both parties.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations within the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee as specified in the attached exhibits.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including prevailing wage laws. They must also provide proof of a drug-free workplace program and submit various certificates including a Certificate of Nondiscrimination and a Certificate of Non-Collusion. Bidders must have no less than five employees and must not utilize illegal immigrants in the performance of the contract.
