Spring Hill Fire Department, Station 4 Furniture

Background
The City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, is seeking proposals for the provision of furniture for the Spring Hill Fire Department's Fire Station 4. The goal of this contract is to furnish the fire station with heavy-duty, commercial-grade furniture that meets specific requirements and enhances the operational capabilities of the fire department.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following furniture items:
- (1) 48x72 oval conference table with gray top and specified artwork
- (1) 48x96 boat-shaped conference table with gray top and specified artwork
- (1) 36x120 rectangular dining table with wood finish, gloss resin, and specified artwork
- (12) steel frame dining room chairs with a minimum 500 lb weight capacity and natural wooden seats
- (4) steel frame barstools with swivel seats, counter height (25”), and laser engraved artwork on seat back
- (12) theater-style recliners with cup holders, accommodating staff up to 6’7” and tested to a minimum of 400 lbs, made from black medical grade vinyl material with custom logo embroidered in headrest
- (1) heavy-duty recliner (Battalion), accommodating staff up to 6’7” and tested to a minimum of 400 lbs, made from black medical grade vinyl material with custom logo embroidered in headrest
- (13) twin XL heavy-gauge steel bed frames tested to 600 lbs and bedbug resistant with powder coat finish
- (8) heavy-duty executive style high back rolling office chairs with a 500 lb weight capacity and adjustable lumbar support
- (6) heavy-duty executive style high back rolling office chairs for offices with a minimum 400 lb weight capacity and custom embroidery on center headrest. Additionally, bidders must provide costs for artwork using city-supplied images and shipping costs to the Spring Hill Fire Administration.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by August 21, 2025.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the furniture is Spring Hill Fire Administration, located at 440 Beechcroft Rd., Spring Hill, TN 37174.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have experience providing furniture specifically for fire station projects. They are required to submit a minimum of three references from fire departments within the last three years. Preference will be given to bidders supplying products made in the U.S.A. Bidders must also demonstrate good standing under Tennessee laws and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill contract requirements.
